Cookie Policy

Effective from 9 October 2026

This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used by smartcollectors.cz, operated by Smart Collectors s.r.o., company ID 17286115, registered office at Václavské náměstí 2132/47, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. It is based on Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, and on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). If this translation and the Czech version differ, the Czech version prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Other technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a similar way. For simplicity we call all of them cookies below.

2. Which cookies our website uses

The website uses no analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. We do not measure traffic, track your behaviour on the site or share information about you with advertising networks. Fonts and all other site content are served from our own server.

That is why we do not ask for your consent and the site has no cookie banner.

Contact form protection

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. It checks that the form is not being submitted by an automated program and protects both us and you from spam and abuse. To do so, Turnstile briefly evaluates technical data about your browser and its behaviour on the page with the form. It does not use this data for cross-site tracking or advertising.

This technology is strictly necessary to secure a service you request by sending the form, so under Section 89(3) of the Electronic Communications Act it does not require your consent. More information is in the Turnstile privacy policy.

Running the website

The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. If Cloudflare needs to verify that a visitor is human, for example during a suspected attack or automated traffic, it may set a technical security cookie. Such a cookie only protects the site, needs no consent and expires on its own after a short time.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete cookies or block them at any time in your browser settings. The website works without them. If you block Cloudflare Turnstile scripts, the contact form may not submit — in that case, e-mail us directly at pohledavky@smartcollectors.cz.

4. Personal data

How we process personal data, including data from the contact form, and what rights you have is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to this policy

If we add a tool that uses cookies, for example to measure traffic, we will update this policy beforehand and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
