Help
1. Subject scoring
Email address: Enter the email address you gave when ordering the service. Scoring results are sent to this address.
Supported format: Put each subject on its own line — you can paste the list straight from Excel.
DDDDDDDD- Company (DDDDDDDD = company ID)
DD.MM.YYYY Name Surname- Individual (DD.MM.YYYY = date of birth)
DD.MM.YYYY Name Surname DDDDDDDD- Self-employed individual (date of birth, name and company ID)
Please note:
- Enter the date with leading zeros, e.g. 02.09.1987. Otherwise the subject is skipped.
- If the person has two surnames, use only one.
- Do not include academic titles before or after the name.
Result: The resulting SMART SCORE is sent to the email address you entered. It ranges from 0 to 10: 10 is the best result, 0 the riskiest subject with enforcement proceedings or insolvency. A value of −1 for a company means it cannot be assessed automatically — contact support for a manual risk review.
2. PDF RISK report
You receive a PDF RISK report on a Czech company by email, as a basis for a more detailed analysis.
Email address: Enter the email address you gave when ordering the service. Let us know if it needs to be added.
Supported format: Put each company ID on its own line.
